Condabilla Fish farm is excited at the prospect of achieving
plate size bass for the market floor. To date we have achieved
high feeding activity on artificial sinking pellets and
is proving to be very robust. As this is our first experience
with the species, it is a steep learning curve.
Currently Condabilla Fish farm is producing
only Murray cod and silver perch for consumer sale. All
product sold from the farm is chilled whole. Currently the
farm has no facilities for processing. The farm will and
has supplied live fish for market.
